Use Microsoft Edge TTS to generate natural Cantonese voice audio for WhatsApp and Telegram.
## Voice Parameters
- **Voice:** `zh-HK-HiuMaanNeural`
- **Rate:** varies by tone
- **Pitch:** varies by tone
## Tones
