Sub-processors. Processor shall not engage a sub-processor without prior specific or general written authorisation of Controller. General authorisation requires Processor to notify Controller of intended changes and allow Controller [30] days to object. Sub-processors must be bound by equivalent obligations. 5. Data Subject Rights. Processor shall assist Controller to fulfil data subject rights requests (Arts. 12–22) within [5] business days of receiving a request. 6. Deletion/Return.
